Ambition: To help people of all goals and levels develop life skills through the art of movement. Dance isn't just about learning more steps or technique, but enriching our lives and other's outside of the studio.
"Vulnerability does not take away your strength."
Our specialty makes a difference!
It is tempting to try every style under the sun, and while exploration has its place, true growth often comes from digging deep, not wide. Focusing on one or two dance areas allows you to develop a stronger foundation, refine your technique, and discover your unique expression of movement. Committing to a focused path helps you master the details, build muscle memory and gain a deeper understanding of the culture and emotion behind the style. It's the repetition, discipline and nuance of a specific style that really makes a difference and allows yourself to grow with intention which is where the real artistry comes to life. Our studio specializes in ballet and ballroom dances ensuring quality, passionate and intentional training techniques to meet to the student's specific goals s within the fields they choose.
Our Mission:
To bring individuals, couples and families closer together in their Christian faith walk while experiencing the joy and beauty of movement. As we keep Christ at the center, our community strives to be a place where people can come to not only learn foundational dance technique and steps, but it is also a place of fellowship, communication, encouragement, refinement and hope. With biblical principles as the root, our dancing has an additional purpose and meaning that we can use as an act of worship and thanksgiving.

1 Corinthians 10:31: "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.""
Core Faith Beliefs:
-There is one God (father, son, holy spirit) with one mediator, Jesus Christ (1 Tim 2:5) who is the image of the invisible God. In him all things were created: trees, oceans, animals and humans male and female. (Genesis 1), (Col 1:15-17)
-All scripture is God breathed (2nd Tim 3:16)
-The Bible is the one and only true gospel (Gal 1: 6-9)
-Christ is our Lord and Savior and he died for everyone's sins so that we could find new and everlasting life in him (John 3:16)
- It is not of works that we are saved but by faith alone (Eph 2)
-
"For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness, and worldly passions, and to live self -controlled, upright and godly lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ." (Titus 2:11-13)
Our Values:
Integrity
Honesty
Vulnerability
Compassion
Truth
Wisdom
We strive to walk in the fruits of the spirit and abide in faith, hope and love, letting God weave and shape us towards his heart and divine purposes. (Gal 5:22-23) (1 Cor 13:13)
Unique correlation of faith and dance
Faith and dance share similar struggles. Both ask us to grow, stretch beyond ourselves, stay open-minded, and admit our thoughts may not always be right. They require us to ask: Why am I doing this? What is the goal? Who will guide me? In faith, God calls us to wrestle with our beliefs, seek wise counsel, and make sure everything aligns with His word. Dance mirrors this. Coaches teach steps and technique, but they also encourage exploration, questions, and new approaches—not simply doing things because someone said so.
As we deepen our understanding, we realize learning never ends. Both faith and dance have highs, lows, and plateaus. At times we grow quickly; at other times we feel stuck, confused, or discouraged by pressures we put on ourselves or feel from others. And just as there are many dance styles, people live out their faith in different ways, using the gifts God has given them, while holding to foundational truths.
Often it’s not about discovering something new but practicing the basics and strengthening what we already know. We may push ourselves for something that seems short-term, but the pain, discipline, and long nights are worth it because the true reward is who we become along the journey—not the final performance or destination. We may struggle to understand how all the pieces fit together but we can choose to give up, fight it or trust the one instructing the process.
Dance Benefits:
Memory Improvement
Communication Development
Dance has been shown to support those with Alzheimer’s and dementia, while also improving balance, strength, and overall health. It sharpens the mind and keeps the body active—reminding us that movement is a gift from God. As we embrace dance, we not only nurture physical well-being but also open space for spiritual growth. Each step becomes an opportunity to rejoice, cultivate gratitude, and honor the One who created us. No matter your age, it’s never too late to move with purpose and praise.
Strengthen your relationships by mastering cooperation and timeless etiquette. Like partners in a dance, we build harmony when we lead with kindness, follow with trust, and communicate with grace. These rhythms reflect Christian principles of loving others and pursuing peace. By embracing these values, you create more meaningful and Christ-centered connections in every interaction.
Athletic Performance Enhancement
Therapeutic Release
Dance is an excellent cross-training tool for athletes and performers, engaging multiple muscle groups to build strength while sharpening mental focus. As you incorporate dance into your routine, you not only reduce the risk of injuries but also create space for spiritual growth. Movement becomes a form of stewardship—caring for the body God has given you and cultivating discipline, balance, and joy. In this way, dance strengthens both your physical abilities and your walk of faith.
Dance is a powerful stress reliever and a healing tool for those facing PTSD, anxiety, or depression. It encourages personal growth, builds confidence, and helps you express emotions with authenticity. When grounded in your faith and identity in Christ, dance becomes even more transformative—supporting both emotional and spiritual well-being.
